The Flagship Pro is a seriously stiff, competition-ready directional freeride board designed for expert freeriders who like to crush steep terrain at top speed. The Flagship Pro has a tapered shape for epic float in pow and a 3D Contour Base, plus Traction Tech edges for effortless turn initiation and exceptional edge control on firm snow.
Flex: 10/10
Shape: Directional Freeride - Directional shapes that maximize float, speed and response for supreme freeride performance and all-mountain versatility.
Medium Taper - The tapered shape sinks the tail in pow for better float and quicker turns.
Bend: Directional Camber/Rocker - A camber dominant profile that’s enhanced with rocker in the nose and little to no rocker in the tail. Nose rocker improves float and maneuverability in deep snow, while camber from the front binding through the tail offers solid edge grip, precise response and confidence inspiring stability.
Sidecut: Progressive - At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.
Core: Power Core - Advanced triple-density full wood core made from responsibly harvested Bamboo, Paulownia and Poplar. Centered Bamboo stringers enhance durability, pop and torsional stiffness, while the Paulownia keeps the core light and damp.
Koroyd - Developed from aerospace technology, award winning Koroyd synthetic core material is the lightest core dampening material we’ve ever tested. It absorbs vibrations and reduces tip swing weight, enabling quicker, smoother turns.
Fibreglass: Fusion Carbon - Ultralight Jones exclusive tip-to-tail carbon fiber and fiberglass construction that’s engineered to reduce weight without sacrificing performance and response.
Fusion Carbon - This cutting edge board lay-up process is the latest evolution of our previous Fusion Tech construction and reduces board weight and improves durability by combining board materials in two stages.
Base: Ultra Base - Jones exclusive base material that sets new performance standards. Lab results and snow testing show 25% better wax absorption, better glide in warm/wet snow and better durability for grinding. We’ve also doubled the amount of wax and mixed multiple wax types for a faster factory wax in a wider range of conditions.
EXTRAS
Pro Construction - Designed for advanced riders, PRO construction features Triax fiberglass plus carbon stringers which deliver a stiffer flex, damper board feel and supreme durability for riding fast and stomping big tricks.
High 3D Contour Base - Freeride focused 3D Contour Base featuring 7mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 7mm of spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts just before contact point.
High Traction Tech - Like a serrated knife slicing into the snow, Traction Tech improves your edge grip by adding multiple contact points along the running length of your board.
Ash Wood Veneer - Lightweight and super damp Ash wood veneer topsheet layer that eliminates edge chatter and delivers even flex and supreme torsional stiffness.
Float Pack - Allows super setback stance for deep pow days.
Recycled ABS - Recycled ABS sidewalls with a rounded finish that are engineered to enhance durability by reducing topsheet chipping and impact damage.
Recycled Edges - Bombproof steel edges made from recycled German steel, engineered for maximum strength and long-lasting durability.
Wend Natural Wax - All Jones snowboards come factory waxed with WEND natural wax so they’re ready to shred straight out of the shop
Bio Resin - Bio Resin is a bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to make bio-resin are co-products or waste products of plant-based industrial processes. Bio-resin requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions to produce than conventional epoxy.
