Free Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on orders over $100 is not available to everyone or every order...
Canada is a massive country and, unfortunately, we cannot provide FREE shipping to certain provinces due to high shipping surcharges to these areas. Sorry New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, and Nova Scotia...the free shipping promotion is not available to your provinces at this time. We do offer very affordable flat rate shipping to our maritime and american customers. Any regular sized items (shoes, clothing, outerwear etc.) are shipped for a flat rate of $20 and any oversized items (snowboards, boots, bindings, luggage etc.) are shipped for a flat rate of $50. All orders shipped to the United States follow this same flat rate shipping table based on the size of the parcel. There are certain items that can not be shipped to the United States. If you have ordered one of these items we will notify you via e-mail and cancel your order.
We understand the importance of shipping your orders as quickly as possibly, and we strive to have your order dispatched the same day your order is placed. Our shops are located in British Columbia and we operate on Pacific Standard Time. Any orders received before 2:30PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after the 2:30PM cutoff on Friday, or throughout the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. If there is a statutory holiday then your order will be shipped on the first day after that holiday.
We ship all of our orders over $100 that qualify for free shipping through Canada Post using their Regular Expedited Ground service. Generally shipping to any of the qualifying provinces will take anywhere between 2-8 days. If your address is very rural and out of the way it may take more time. Obviously, the closer you are located to us the quicker the parcel will arrive.
We do offer a rush shipping service for an additional charge. We utilize Canada Post Express shipping service to fulfill these orders. If you need your parcel rushed then an additional fee will apply. Please select the shipping option Canada Post Express if this is the case and we will meet your tight deadlines.
If for some reason you would like another carrier to ship your package then please let us know immediately after placing the order so we can make the proper arrangements. Please e-mail any of these requests to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind that all of the carriers are extremely busy during the holiday season and, as such, your parcel may be delayed. Please place your order as early as possible in order to avoid disappointment. Also, keep in mind, once we ship your order it is literally out of our hands and there is nothing we can do to speed up delivery.
In Store Pickup
If you're located in the Okanagan, or just visiting this beautiful part of the country then you're in luck...you can just pick up your item at either one of our two locations. If the item is located at the store you have requested pick-up from then you can pick it up that day. If however it is located at our other location then it will be ready for pick-up the next business day. When checking out just select the shop you would like for in store pick up and we will make sure your product is pulled from the shelves and is awaiting your arrival.
