Return Policy



Our online return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.  Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift Cards, Lip Balms, Sunscreen, Men's and Women's swimwear bottoms and underwear.
To complete your return, we require you to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). In order to obtain an RA# simply e-mail info@freerideboardshop.com and include the reason for the return and pictures if necessary.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial (or no) refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original new condition, any item not in its original packaging, any items with the hang tags removed, any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.  If an item was received damaged immediately take a photo of the product and send it to us so we can start a claim with the carrier.

*If your purchase qualified for FREE shipping, the amount we pay in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.

**If you purchased multiple items and qualified for FREE shipping, but after returning one of the items your subtotal drops below $100 then the amount we pay in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.

***If the item you receive is the in-correct item then we will pay for your return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@freerideboardshop.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  If you return a sale item a credit will be issued to your account which you can use anytime.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Doing exchanges costs a lot in shipping expense.  Quite often we can get you the right size the first time and we are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure this.  If you're unsure of the size don't hesitate to jump on the chat and talk to one of our experts to guarantee you get the right size the first time!  If you need to exchange an item for a different size then send us an email at info@freerideboardshop.com to get a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  

If you want to make an exchange we recommend placing a new order for the size you want to exchange for and then shipping us the wrong size back.  This will cut down on the time it takes to do an exchange and for you to receive the right size.  Once you have been given an RA# then send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
