You have 30 days from your purchase date to make a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift Cards, Lip Balms, Sunscreen, Swimwear Bottoms, Underwear & Select Sale Items.
Request a Return
To start your return please message us through our website chat, or send us an email to: email@example.com. Include the reason for the return and any pictures if necessary. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial (or no) refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original, new condition. Any item not in its original packaging. Any items with the hang tags removed. Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Any item purchased on sale or discounted.
If your order was received damaged, immediately take a photo of the product and packaging and please send it to us (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can start a claim with the carrier.
*If the item you received is incorrect, we will pay for your return shipping.
Free Shipping Policy
*If your purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you decide to return this order, the amount we paid in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee. Unfortunately we can't offer free shipping on an order you do not keep.
*If you purchased multiple items and qualified for FREE shipping, but after returning one or more of the items your subtotal drops below $100, then the amount we paid in shipping will be deducted from your refund as a re-stocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your original method of payment. Please note, this can take up to 48 hours to process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately most sale items cannot be refunded. If you return a non-refundable sale item, a credit will be issued which can then be used in store or online towards anything else in the store. Sale Winter Gear
Any Outerwear, Snowboards, Boots, Bindings, Goggles & Helmets purchased within 30 days is eligible for return even though the item is marked down. *Please note, we do not offer free returns and your refund may be subject to a restocking fee on these seasonal items. Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the lengthy shipping process, we try to avoid the need for "exchanges". Quite often we can get you the right size the first time and we are willing to do whatever it takes to ensure this. If you're unsure of the size, fit, colour etc. don't hesitate to jump on the chat and talk to one of our experts to guarantee you get the right thing the first time!
Due to limited stock and shipping timelines, rather than waiting for your item to be returned and exchanged, we recommend placing a new order for the size you want to exchange it for immediately rather than waiting for your return to get back to us. This will cut down on the time it takes to do an exchange and you will receive the right item faster. Please email us before sending your item back so we can make a note on your original order.
