Best Price Policy

When you shop at www.freerideboardshop.com you are getting the best price in Canada period.  We know you're searching through 4 or 5 different sites to make sure that you are getting the best price.  We want to make it easy for you by guaranteeing the industry's best price on all of the products found on our site.  We will match any price found in store or online in Canada.

The fine print:

• We generally only match prices that are advertised in Canadian currency, however, if you find something on a U.S. site don't hesitate to see if we can price match (we often can, and we often can save you paying duty and the hassle of clearing customs).
• Items must be the same brand, model, colour, size and must be available to purchase immediately on the competitors site.
• We exclude 3rd party websites such as Amazon and eBay from our price match policy.
• We can only match prices that are offered by authorized retailers who buy directly from the manufacturers.
• This policy does NOT apply to demo products, third party offers (i.e. ski passes), advertising errors or misprints, rebates, coupons, free or combined offers (i.e. gift with purchase or BOGO), limited time offers (i.e. grand opening sales), close-outs, or liquidation items.
• We reserve the right to not price match certain products.
• We do not allow promo codes to be used on top of price matched products.  If a promo code is used the order will be cancelled.

Before you make the purchase on our site contact us by e-mail: send your e-mail to info@freerideboardshop.com with the subject "price match".  Include a link or store telephone number along with the products name, description, price, size, and colour. Upon verifying the price we will send you a coupon code to use at the checkout to receive the matched price.

 

Price Change Policy
If price drops on an item within 2 weeks of your purchase date, we will honour the new advertised price in form of credit for www.freerideboardshop.com. (Item must be in stock)
