The X Approach Lace SJ BOA® is a unisex park and freestyle boot inspired by iconic Salomon footwear DNA. Utilizing premium materials and our Fit To Ride construction, the X Approach offers superior comfort in a lightweight design along with our BOA® activated Str8jkt, eliminating heel-lift for enhanced support.

HARNESS: Str8jkt BOA Pro - A 3-point harness actuated by BOA® Fit System that locks the heel in place for ultimate support and comfort. Designed with a sliding buckle to provide a precision fit.
FOOTBED: OrthoLite C2 - A dual density insole that molds to your foot for all day comfort.
OUTSOLE: Feather 2.0 - Inspired by the iconic XT-6, the Feather 2.0 outsole uses a combination of EVA and Contagrip® rubber for reduced weight while delivering traction, comfort, and shock absorption. Contagrip® is a Salomon patented rubber compound designed to maintain adhesion in grip underfoot in all conditions.

FTR / 1:1 - FTR construction is 10% lighter and 10% more compact without sacrificing comfort or durability. With 1:1 lasting every half size change in liner gets a half size change in shell.
