The Altai is the centerpiece of our boot collection, offering premium features and support at an unbeatable price. It’s built around an asymmetrical upper that eliminates pressure points, with Dual-Dial BOA® laces to allow you to tighten the upper and lower sections independently. LACING: Dual BOA - Dual BOA® technology provides quick, precise lace adjustments via two independent dials. Each controls a distinct boot zone, delivering a custom fit in seconds.

LINER: Silver Level - Heat molding allows you to customize the fit of our versatile Silver liner, which also features a Custom Flex Zone around the toes for extra wriggle room, 8mm of PE foam and additional PU support. The liner is closed via a separate cuff connected to the inside of the shell, making it a breeze to get on and off. Velcro patches on both sides of the tongue help secure the fit.

INSOLE: 3D Dual Density - Anatomically designed to cradle your foot and constructed from two densities of EVA, with firmer material supporting the heel cup and arch. A fleece-lined footbed with silicone top-print keeps you warm and secure.

OUTSOLE: Gravity+ - Constructed from a single piece of bombproof and lightweight EVA, our Gravity+ outsole delivers great cushioning underfoot. The tread pattern is inspired by snowcat tracks, with a rubber section at the toe for reliable grip in icy conditions.

External Heel Lock - Our External Heel Lock works in tandem with the BOA® dial on the tongue, tightening built-in wings on either side of the ankle to eliminate heel lift.

H4 Coiler - Ready for anything, designed to withstand. The bombproof BOA® H4 Coiler is built for the most demanding riders and resists impacts from park to pow. Its efficient mechanism rapidly takes up lace slack, increasing speed of entry.

1-1 Mens Last -  Our updated lasts are the foundation of the Nidecker boot line and offer 
unrivalled fit. 1:1 lasting means a specific liner, shell and footbed is created for each full and half size. No compromises. We also build in 8° of forward lean to hit the perfect sweet spot between comfort and performance.

3D Liner Support -  Awesome foot hold that starts right inside the liner, with 3D molded material and J-bars around the ankle. Minimal movement, maximum control.

Shell Harness -  Pull the inner laces to tighten a shellmounted harness. Velcro secures the tongue in place.

Moldable Liner -  Made from advanced memory foam, our moldable liners adapt to your foot shape over time or can be heated in store for an instant, personalized fit. Experience zero pressure points and maximum comfort.

3D Molded Toebox -  Our 3D Toebox eliminates extra layers and seams around the forefoot, improving water resistance and durablility. The streamlined design also makes it easier to slide your boot in and out of the binding.

3D Molded Tongue - Our asymmetric 3D Molded Tongue is curved more sharply towards the medial side to match the natural ridgeline of your forefoot. This alleviates pressure points and provides a more balanced feeling of comfort and support versus a standard straight tongue.

Asym 3F - A unique asymmetric boot design codeveloped with BOA® that generates optimal support and flex. The asym tongue features lace guides positioned on the flatter forefoot areas for more even closure and less point-loaded pressure. Increased medial arch support reduces foot fatigue and cramps.

Articulating Flex Zone - The upper boot cuff is asymmetrically connected to the lower boot, allowing the ankle to flex naturally and providing great support without shell distortion.
