Flex: 8/10

Shape: Directional - Directional shapes that maximize float, speed and response for supreme freeride performance and all-mountain versatility.

Medium Taper - The tapered shape sinks the tail in pow for better float and quicker turns.

Bend: Directional Camber/Rocker - A camber dominant profile that’s enhanced with rocker in the nose and little to no rocker in the tail. Nose rocker improves float and maneuverability in deep snow, while camber from the front binding through the tail offers solid edge grip, precise response and confidence inspiring stability.

Sidecut: Progressive - At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.

Core: Ultra Split Core - Ultralight dual density wood core made primarily out of responsibly harvested Paulownia with pockets of Poplar that offers standard setting durability, pop and response.

Fibreglass: Triax - Triaxial fiberglass laminate made with a triple layer, multi-axis construction that delivers a precise and powerful board feel with a mid-stiff torsional flex for supreme response in variable snow conditions.

BComp Carbon Flax Stringers - BComp Carbon / Flax stringers offer the perfect performance balance as the carbon provides crazy pop and the flax sucks up chatter and reduces CO₂ emissions compared to a full carbon stringer. Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp. 

Base: Sintered 9900 Base - High performance sintered base material with carbon additives that offers unrivaled speed, durability and wax absorption. Made in Austria.

EXTRAS

High 3D Contour Base - Freeride focused 3D Contour Base featuring 7mm of spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 7mm of spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts just before contact point.

High Traction Tech - Like a serrated knife slicing into the snow, Traction Tech improves your edge grip by adding multiple contact points along the running length of your board. Inner edge Traction Tech improves splitboard edge grip on ascent. Three side cut “bumps” on each side of your bindings keep you locked in on icy skin tracks no matter which way you are traversing.

Quick Tension Tail Clip - Built-in climbing skin tension system using pre-cut notch that eliminates the need for a traditional skin tail clip.

Boltless Bridge - The Boltless Bridge eliminates split clip attachment hardware from the base of the board by re-profiling the wood core at the clips. The wood core under the clips is thicker, providing better torsional stiffness and a more powerful connection at the split clips.

Karakoram Ultra Clips 2.0 - Karakoram Ultra Clips 2.0 are lighter weight, clamp tighter and have a smaller footprint than the original Ultra clip. They are adjustable so you can maintain even compression as your splitboard ages.

Karakoram Tip-Lock Tip Clips 2.0 - New and improved Karakoram Tip-Lock Tip Clips 2.0 lock your split together with the flick of the lever and stay tightly attached to your board all season.

Textured Eco Topsheet - Durable and scratch resistant bio-plastic topsheet made from castor beans that’s engineered to provide exceptional abrasion and impact resistance while minimizing environmental impact.

Recycled ABS - Recycled ABS sidewalls with a rounded finish that are engineered to enhance durability by reducing topsheet chipping and impact damage. 

Recycled Edges - Bombproof steel edges made from recycled German steel, engineered for maximum strength and long-lasting durability.

Wend Natural Wax - All Jones snowboards come factory waxed with WEND natural wax so they’re ready to shred straight out of the shop

Bio Resin - Bio Resin is a bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to make bio-resin are co-products or waste products of plant-based industrial processes. Bio-resin requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions to produce than conventional epoxy.

Flip Flop Base - Producing two or more base color options minimizes p-tex waste. Order may be filled with either color. Color does not vary by size.
