JONES Aviator 2.0 Snowboard 2026

The Aviator 2.0 is a hard charging directional twin made for expert all-mountain riders who like to rail turns and stomp airs anywhere on the mountain. What sets the Aviator apart is its mid-stiff flex and full camber profile that offer insane edge hold and crazy pop. The Aviator 2.0 is a powerful board that's perfect for carving, riding steeps and taking into the terrain park.

Flex: 8/10

Shape: Directional Twin - Directional Twin and True Twin shapes built for maximum versatility from the summit to the terrain park.

Bend: True High Camber -  A full camber profile that delivers exceptional edge response without the usual hang-ups. Designed specifically for groomers and piste-to-park riding, it offers unmatched pop and edge grip. Tip-to-tail full camber profile with 6 mm or more of camber between the bindings for supreme snap, pop and edge hold.

Sidecut: Progressive - At the far ends of the sidecut, the radius is incrementally increased as the edge reaches the contact point. Gradually increasing the sidecut radius towards the contact point delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.

Core: Boost Surf Core - Advanced triple-density full wood core made from responsibly harvested Bamboo, Paulownia and Poplar. Bamboo stringers along the sidecut enhance durability, edge response and torsional stiffness, while the Paulownia keeps the core light and damp.

Koroyd - Developed from aerospace technology, award winning Koroyd synthetic core material is the lightest core dampening material we’ve ever tested. It absorbs vibrations and reduces tip swing weight, enabling quicker, smoother turns.

Fibreglass: Triax - Triaxial fiberglass laminate made with a triple layer, multi-axis construction that delivers a precise and powerful board feel with a mid-stiff torsional flex for supreme response in variable snow conditions.

BComp Carbon Flax Stringers - BComp Carbon / Flax stringers offer the perfect performance balance as the carbon provides crazy pop and the flax sucks up chatter and reduces CO₂ emissions compared to a full carbon stringer. Developed in collaboration with the Swiss engineering firm BComp. 

Base: Sintered 8000 Base -  Premium sintered base material that’s ultra fast, highly wax absorbent, easy to repair and proven to be one of the most durable and long lasting base materials in the industry.

Medium Contour Base - 3D Contour Base tuned for all-terrain featuring 4mm spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 4mm spoon bevel in the tail. Spoon bevel starts just before contact point.

Medium Traction Tech - Like a serrated knife slicing into the snow, Traction Tech improves your edge grip by adding multiple contact points along the running length of your board.

Premium Eco Topsheet - Durable and scratch resistant bio-plastic topsheet made from castor beans that’s engineered to provide exceptional abrasion and impact resistance while minimizing environmental impact.

Recycled ABS - Recycled ABS sidewalls with a rounded finish that are engineered to enhance durability by reducing topsheet chipping and impact damage. 

Recycled Edges - Bombproof steel edges made from recycled German steel, engineered for maximum strength and long-lasting durability.

Bio Resin - Bio Resin is a bio-based epoxy made with 27% plant-based carbon instead of petroleum-based carbon. The organic raw materials used to make bio-resin are co-products or waste products of plant-based industrial processes. Bio-resin requires 33% less greenhouse gas emissions to produce than conventional epoxy.
