ARBOR Terra Twin Camber Snowboard 2024

The Terra Twin joins the Arbor Snowboards line in 2023/24 evolving its surfy, floaty predecessor with Terra Technology. Arbor’s 3D shaping, mirrored on the tip and tail of the Terra Twin provides added stability with increased volume edged-to-edge. A board for backcountry freestyle enthusiasts with a propensity for powder performance, using Terra Tech and a true twin shape. Trade length for volume with the all-new Terra Twin, built on Arbor’s System Camber silhouette with added channels in the nose and tail to create an unmatched float that can turn any good day into the best day ever.

Terra Tech is a three-dimensional build into the tip/tail shape that creates a channel for snow to quickly move under, and away from your nose for reduced resistance for improved speed and performance in deeper snow.

Core: Highland II Core - A newly developed screening process has allowed us to hand select the very lightest and highest quality paulownia from our sourcing partners. The result is a lighter, more responsive version of our Highland Core known for highly reliable return and long-lasting durability.

Fibreglass: Mixed Glassing - A triax over biax lay-up that’s best for versatility: pow, backcountry, groomers, jumps, and more.

Base: Sintered Base - A higher molecular weight, sintered base that provides added durability and speed.

EXTRAS

Hand Dyed Ash Powerply - Our wood and bamboo topsheets. Built with natural fiber drives the performance, aesthetic, and ethos that Arbor is known for. Several steps are taken to get a Powerply onto our snowboards responsibly, and in a way that ensures durability and lasting quality.

3° Fenders - The edge control created by Arbor’s System platform allows us to add Fenders that slightly lift a board’s leading(remove hyphen)edge off the snow. This dramatically improves turning, spins, float, and tracking on cambered snowboards. 

Bio Resin - All Powerplys and R.A.P. Topless Tech veneers will be made with Bio-Resin, a replacement for traditional petroleum-based resin that doesn’t affect performance or usability. The ingredients that go into Bio-Resin are sourced as co-products or waste products of other industrial processes and are manufactured employing green chemistry techniques that reduce the carbon footprint of the material by up to 40% (when compared to its petroleum-based equivalent). 

Recycled Steel Edges - Our highly durable, recycled steed edges embody two of (remove our) Arbor’s key values: quality and sustainability.

360 Degree Wrapped Sidewalls - A 360–degree, fully wrapped sidewall that eliminates the need for tip fill, while effectively tying the whole snowboard together. A technology that delivers incredibly tight tolerances for improved board life and durability.
