We appreciate all of the support over the last several weeks, and we are happy to announce the shops are now open 11-5pm, daily. Things are different now, and we're still trying to figure out what works. Here's a few things to expect on your next in-store visit:
For your safety and ours, we will be limiting the amount of customers to 3 at a time in the store for purposeful shopping only, along with a suggested shopping duration of up to 15 minutes. Once occupancy is reached, customers will be instructed to wait outside.
Employees and customers are not to enter the store if they have experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
Sanitizing and Disinfecting
A sanitization station will be located immediately inside the store entrance for customer use. Hand sanitizer is mandatory before entry.
Hygiene and Handwashing
Employees are required to wash or sanitize their hands frequently, and directly after interactions with a customer. High touch points will be disinfected regularly throughout the day and at the end of every shift.
Employees will be required to keep a minimum distance of 6 feet between all individuals. Customers not respecting social distancing guidelines may be asked to leave the store.
Point of Sale
Cashless payment options are recommended. Cash will be accepted if the customer does not have another option. Please stand behind the clear plexiglass barrier during transactions.
Fitting Rooms and Product Try On
Fitting rooms will be temporarily closed until further notice.
