We created the new Nitro Guest Shaper Series to celebrate the passion for board shaping by snowboarders around the world. We're opening up our inner design circle and allowing new and sometimes off-the-wall ideas to become reality! OG Nitro pro rider Drew Hicken is our first guest shaper, with a tribute to Nitro's first swallowtail board, the Retro, and the legendary Pow boards that followed with Drew's design input. A powder field destroyer with its wider swallowtail shape, focusing on the float and glide with responsive flex for stability in drops, high speeds, and end-of-the-day chop! It's a limited board, so get it while you can for your collection!

Shape: Tapered Swallowtail - The full width nose and narrower tail of our Tapered Swallowtail shapes make the board float evenly through the fluffiest of pow and cut through the occasional crust, while the deeply cut swallowtail reduces the rearward board surface even more for improved control and reduced rear leg burn.
Bend: Cam-Out Camber - Cam-Out Camber is basically a Trüe Camber with early and smooth transitions into tip and tail. The result is a fun and responsive board that turns on the spot and is forgiving, even after that 713.5° landing!
Sidecut: Progressive - A larger radius in the front, blended into a tighter one towards the tail: The Progressive Sidecut makes accelerating out of turns a breeze, while maintaining a catch-free nose area.
Core: Powercore II - The Powercore II is a tip-to-tail poplar wood core with additional beech wood stringers for unrivalled strength, smooth response, and insane pop.
Fibreglass: Bi-Lite Laminates - Well-balanced layers of carbon fiber establish a new level in performance. More snap and liveliness provide a smooth, powerful and effortless ride. Carbon reinforcement fibers are ultra-strong yet lightweight.
Base: Sintered EcoSpeed HD Base – Utilizing a recycled material compound, we have been able to achieve the same abrasion resistance, increased wax absorption and on-snow speeds with our Sintered EcoSpeed HD base as on other comparable sintered bases.
